Content Removal & Takedown Policy

How to report alleged copyright infringement and request removal of infringing content.


Reporting Copyright Infringement

Create It Studio Architects respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy is designed to facilitate the reporting of copyright infringement in compliance with international laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") in the United States.


To submit a formal notice of copyright infringement, you must provide a written communication to our designated agent that includes all of the following:


  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including a URL or other means to identify the original content on our website
  2. Identification of the Infringing Material: A precise description and URL of the material on a third-party site that you claim is infringing your copyright.
  3. Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Review and Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice of infringement, our designated agent will investigate the claim. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to review the claim within 5 business days and, if deemed valid, will proceed to issue a takedown notice to the third-party host. We will notify you of the status of your claim in a timely manner.

Counter-Notification Rights

If you are a third party and believe your content was improperly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:


  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, UK, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Severability & Governing Law

If any provision of this policy is deemed to be unenforceable, the remainder of the policy will remain in full force and effect. This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
