Enforcement and Legal Recourse

The Firm reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.


  1. Copyright Statutes: Any unauthorised act of reproduction, republication, or distribution constitutes an infringement of the Firm's exclusive rights under global copyright and intellectual property statutes, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).
  2. DMCA Takedowns: For infringing material hosted on foreign platforms, The Firm will actively utilize the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and analogous international laws to issue takedown notices to hosting providers, search engines, and service providers.
  3. Legal Action: The Firm will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against individuals or entities that violate this Notice.

Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Use

The Firm disclaims all liability and responsibility for any unauthorised redistribution, republication, or use of the Content by third parties. Users rely solely on their own legal judgment and risk when interacting with such unauthorised copies. The Firm does not endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy or currency of any Content found outside of the official www.createitstudios.co.uk domain or platforms explicitly authorized by the Firm.

Severability

If any provision of this Notice is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder of the Notice shall remain in full force and effect.
